Well, 'duh'... I'm sure the GOP doesn't want their 11 million new (potential) constituents to forget that you "dance with the one that brung ya'". And since the dems don't want the Republicans simply 'importing' votes, making them felons would prevent that, now wouldn't it?
Didn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
